Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 39-year-old man missing from the Sunshine Coast since March 16.
Matthew Urquhart was last seen on Hope Court in Meridan Plains around lunch time.

Investigators have released a CCTV image where Matthew was seen at a bank on Point Cartwright Drive in Kawana Waters around 12pm.
Matthew has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Matthew is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall with a thin build, dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
Police are appealing to Matthew, or anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
