Ten Years Since Kevin Rudd Said 'I'm Sorry'
Tuesday marks ten years since then Prime Minister Kevin Rudd stood up in Federal Parliament and said "I'm Sorry" to the first people of Australia.
He was particularly speaking to the stolen generation.
Sunshine Coast local and Gubbi Gubbi tribe elder Lyndon Davis telling the Sunshine Coast Daily, he remembers watching the apology from Nambour with friends - adding it "changed his life".
He also said he thought about his elders and how they would have felt.
