Hopes locals can shed light on double murder investigation
Police are appealing for public assistance, as investigations into a double homicide at Joyner, south of Caboolture, continue.
A 31-year-old man, charged with murdering his parents, was due to appear in Pine Rivers Magistrate Court on Thrusday after being extradited to Queensland from New South Wales.
Investigators have called for anyone who was in the vicinity of Todds and Gordon Crossing Roads between 3pm and 6:30pm on Saturday, May 16, to come forward.
Police will be setting up a Command Post at Wright Reserve this Saturday afternoon, in the hopes locals can shed light on their investigation.
