A 29-year-old Beerwah man has been charged over an alleged dangerous driving and domestic violence incident in Morayfield.
It is alleged the man was driving a silver 2008 Volkswagen Golf erratically along Buchannan Road around 8.20am on Saturday when it rammed the rear of a silver Holden Commodore forcing both vehicles off the road.
The Commodore driver, a 31-year-old Bellmere woman, drove to a nearby service station and called for help.
No one was physically injured.
The Beerwah man allegedly left the scene on foot but was arrested nearby a short time later.
He has been charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a vehicle (domestic violence), wilful damage (domestic violence), unlawful stalking and fail to properly dispose of a needle, and two counts of possessing dangerous drugs.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen the silver 2008 Volkswagen Golf, with Queensland registration 007GW2, allegedly driving erratically between 8am and 9.15am on Saturday in Morayfield to immediately come forward.
Investigations are continuing.
