A man is in custody as investigations continue into a suspicious house fire at Wurtulla yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to Baroona Street around 6am to reports a vehicle was on fire, which then spread to the house.
A man, woman and child inside the house at the time of the fire escaped without physical injuries.

Police are still looking for the man who was inside the house.
The man who has been arrested is believed to have lit the fire.
He was found in a car parked nearby and is known to the people in the house.
Police also allegedly found three loaded firearms in the vehicle.
The man is assisting police with investigations.
