slide ladiesoaks charity

Yours could be the official charity for the 2020 Hot 91 Ladies Oaks Day at Sunshine Coast Turf Club on Friday 29 May.

We're looking for a charity partner who can make the most of this opportunity and actively engage with patrons in the members area and general public.

The chosen charity will receive a share of gate takings as well as donations generated through the charity's activity on Hot 91 Ladies Oaks Day. In previous years, charities received up to $10,000 from this event. The potential takings are directly influenced by the number of patrons through the gates, therefore the charity's ability to promote attendance to the event is essential.

Criteria:

  • Must be a registered charity
  • Must be able to attend on the day

Hot 91 and Sunshine Coast Turf Club will decide the chosen charity based on entries. In all matters, all decisions of Hot 91 and Sunshine Coast Turf Club will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
