3. Book a time to give life online, by calling 13 14 95 or downloading the Donate Blood app.

– One in 3 Australians will need blood or plasma in their lifetime.
– Australia needs around 33,000 donations every week to meet demand.
– Giving blood is easy to do and takes one hour of your time.
