The event precinct is located at the Alexandra Headlands Surf Club, with the start and finish area directly adjacent. There are great spectator vantage points in and around the event precinct where you can view your friends and family participating and where you can cheer them on down our now famous finish chute.

Over the weekend the events are expected to attract anywhere from 10,000+ of combined participants and spectators numbers.

There are a number of events which makes the festival suitable for all abilities and ages. Just choose your challenge, set your goals, and follow the online training program at sunshinecoastmarathon.com.au and we will be there to meet you at the finish line.

Being a community focused charity event we have ensured we have catered to all those wanting to take part including families and those with disabilities, with our 2km event allowing parents with prams and wheelchair entrants to take part and enjoy the festival atmosphere.
