Full terms & Conditions –

• Function to be booked before 31/12/10
• Any additional guests over 60 to be paid for by clients
• Wedding duration 5 hours
• Final numbers required 7 days prior to the event
• Bride and/or Groom must be present at the draw at the events centre @ Maroochy on Saturday, 27^th June 2009, 2.30pm – 3.30pm
• Entry will be generated by filling in an online form (name, address, phone number, mobile phone number and email address & 20 words or less why they would like to get married at the events centre @ Maroochy)
• Employees, Directors and their spouses or defactos of Prime Radio and the Maroochydore R.S.L. & Ex Services Club Inc are ineligible to enter.
• One entry form per couple
• If system downtime or technical difficulties occur Maroochy RSL Club and Prime Radio will attend to the issue promptly, but cannot guarantee entries during this time.
• Competition will commence Monday,
• Closing date for the draw will be on Friday, 26^th June 2009, 11am
• The draw will be conducted on Saturday, 27^th June 2009 at 2.30pm
• The winner of the prise must be present at the events centre @ Maroochy.
• If winner is not present a new draw or draws will be conducted until a winner is present for the prize. A time limit of 2 minutes will lapse before a new draw is conducted.
• The prize is as outlined. No cash alternative, upgrade, vouchers or change will be offered in lieu of the advertised prize. 
• The club reserves the right to publish or otherwise display details of all prize winners.
• The promoter or his agent will not be responsible for any injury, damage, medical expenses, loss of wages due to time off caused by use, or activity associated with the use, of any prize offered.
• Entry is acknowledgement of the above rules and conditions.
• The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
