Terms & Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS True View of the Sunshine Coast The following terms and conditions apply for the “True View of the Sunshine Coast” contest. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail. 1. DURATION The active promotion will run from Monday 30th June – Friday 25th July inclusive Week 1 active 30 June entries close 3pm Friday 4th July Week 2 active 7 July entries close 3pm Friday 11th July Week 3 active 14 July entries close 3pm Friday 18th July Week 4 active 21 July entries close 3pm Friday 25th July 2. METHOD OF ENTRY Contestants are invited to take a photo within the theme of the nominated topic of the week. They are then required to enter this photo with their entry details on the Hot91 website.  3. PRIZE Week 1 prize – a hot air balloon ride and champagne breakfast Week 2 prize – a surfboard from Alex Surf Shop and surfing lesson package from XL Surfing Academy Week 3 prize – Whale Experience onboard Steve’s Whale One. Includes family pass, photo and buffet lunch Week 4 prize – 2 nights accommodation at Mantra Mooloolaba Major prize – a Pentax camera to the value of $2000 4. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. 5. NOTIFICATION Week one winner will be notified Monday 7th July Week two winner will be notified Monday 14th July Week three winner will be notified Monday 21st July Week four winner will be notified Monday 28th July Major prize winner will be notified Monday 28th July 6. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. All photos may be used for future marketing or promotional activities for Hot 91 or Stockland 7. SELECTION OF WINNER For weekly prizes, the winner will be announced on air after selection by a Hot91 and Stockland judging panel. Judges will be considering the entries based on their connection to the weekly theme. All contestants are entered in the random draw for the major prize and winner will be selected at random. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
