TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hot91 Crowne Plaza Outside Broadcast
The following terms and conditions apply for the “First 10 people through the door” promotion at Hot91 outside broadcast at Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters Golf Resort and Spa, Sunday 25th May 2008
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The contest will run Sunday 25th May 2008 from 10am

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to the Hot91 outside broadcast at Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters on Sunday 25th May 2008, the first 10 people to the broadcast will win an accommodation package from Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters.

3. PRIZE
First 10 couples through the door receive Overnight Accommodation in a Studio Room with Buffet Breakfast for 2 people
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION

Prize winner will be notified by Hot91 promotional staff at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Prizes are to be awarded one per group/couple or family. The discovery of any breach of these rules will result in the prize being forfeited. 
7. SELECTION OF WINNER

The winners will be awarded their prize based on the first 10 people to the designated entry point from 10am on Sunday 25th May 2008 only. The winners will be selected by Hot91 representatives on the day. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
