TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prime Radio (HOT 91) SCTC Melbourne Cup Promotion

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio HOT 91 SCTC Melbourne Cup Promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The pre promotion will commence Monday October 5 10am.  The promotion will conclude with entries on Friday October 16 12noon with the major competition spot after 3pm Friday October 16 2009. 
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to register via the HOT 91website. If you win the major prize you will be able to claim your prize letter from HOT 91 Sunshine Coast reception and will be ineligible to enter another competition for 30 days from date won.  The prize is only valid for Tuesday November 3 2009 at Corbould Park for the Melbourne Cup Function.
All terms and conditions of the race track must be adhered too including responsible service of alcohol and conduct at Corbould Park.
Prize includes a table for ten (10) at the SCTC Melbourne Cup Event, Tuesday November 3 2009 at Corbould Park.  The table includes food and drink as per SCTC table allocations.
Conditions: Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or other goods to the value of.
3. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 
4. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
5. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
