TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DIAMOND MINE
The following terms and conditions apply for “Hot91’s Diamond Mine.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will run from 31st March to Friday 18th April.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY Listeners are invited to be the random caller through when the cue to call is played. The contestant will then select 2 numbers from 1 – 100, if the 2 numbers selected reveal a match of prizes then that prize is won. These numbers then become “empty” but are still available for future contestants to chose.
3. PRIZE

Double passes to Forgetting Sarah Marshall at Birch Carroll & Coyle Sunshine Plaza
2 nights accommodation at Clouds of Montville
Ipod Nano
$50 vouchers from Swells International
Cash in units of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250
Diamond Ring from Diamonds of Distinction
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK & participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be at time of winning on Hot 91.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
