TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOT91’s BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE
The following terms and conditions apply for the “HOT 91’s Best Seats in the House” promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday May 18 2009, with the last competition day being Thursday May 28 2009. 

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                
Throughout the Duration period, the Sunshine Coast Daily will print a daily code word.  You must purchase the paper daily, hold onto the codeword and listen out every morning with Sami, Todd and Dave for your chance to enter.  Details will also be announced throughout the day on HOT 91 or on the Hot 91 website.

3. PRIZE
Friday May 29 2009 – prize must be used and is valid for this day only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8am - You and your 3 friends have an appointment booked at Beauty at Allure Medi Spa and Beauty Lounge with Hair by Tash.  You will have the opportunity to have your hair styled and be treated to a manicure and pedicure. 
This appointment time can not be moved or transferred.
11am – You need to be at Sunshine Coast Airport for your transfer to Corbould Park in the AGL Action Rescue Helicopter. Your contact is – Colin Brown  0488 775 003.
Upon arrival at Sunshine Coast Turf Club you will be escorted to your private area and introduced to your personal waiter for the day.
General admission and members passes are included in this package for the day.
4pm –Your private area closes and drinks service ceases
Conditions – The winner is responsible for all transfers between home, day spa, airport and return journey home at end of day.  All 4 people attending the Best Seats in the House must be over 18 years of age. Betting or any food or drink served outside your private area is at your own expense. Admission to your private area is for the winner and their 3 selected friends only.  No visitors or exchanging of bands permitted. Please refer to conditions on the Vast Interior voucher for special conditions for this component of your prize

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.     
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners will be announced on air at time of winning.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
