TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE

The following terms and conditions apply for “HOT 91’s Best Seats in the House” promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 19^th May with one winner being awarded the major prize on Thursday 29^th May. Winner will be announced with Power and Pete Wednesday 28th May.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                      Contestants are required to get the Sunshine Coast Daily for the daily lucky horse. Listeners are then invited to be the random caller through when they hear the cue to call to go in the draw. 

3. PRIZE

One winner and 3 friends will win:

• Hair cut / style, manicure and pedicure from Unseen Hair Studio & Day Spa, Thursday 29th only
• Overnight accommodation on Thursday 29^th May only in a Deluxe Queen Spa Suite with buffet breakfast at Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters Golf Resort & Spa
• Seating in an exclusive fully catered private area at Ladies Oaks Day with personal waiter
• $1000 voucher to spend at Vast Interior – voucher valid for 3 months from date of winning and is to be calculated on recommended retail price of items.
  A meet and greet with Ricki Lee

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Recipient of prize must be 18 years of age or over. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be announced on Hot 91 following the random draw of all entries on
Wednesday 28th May. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
